Role- LIMS Labware Consultant
Location- West Point, PA 19486
Responsibilities
· Labware SME, AWS Cloud Operational experience, deploy Labware, configuration, Migration testing, validation, qualification.
· Business requirements optimization.
· Analyze and document customer requirements and business process.
· Configure the LabWare LIMS solution to meet the customer needs.
· DME (Digital method Execution), DLR experience.
· MODA, Biovia and Sitara experience is added advantage
· Assist with the validation and testing stages.
· Ability to work with minimal supervision and provide direction to customers.
· Learn industry specific processes, requirements and operations; specialist through career progression.
Requirements
· Proven LabWare LIMS experience.
· Knowing AWS, cloud modernization will be an added advantage
· Minimum 6+ years of Pharmaceutical industry experience and in laboratory systems
· Knowledge transfer/upskilling of Labware 8 functionality
· Serve as the primary point of contact for LabWare LIMS-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
· Provide expert guidance on system configuration, customization, and best practices.
· Configure and customize LabWare LIMS to meet specific laboratory workflows and compliance standards.
· Integrate laboratory instruments seamlessly with the LIMS system.
· Understanding of relational database and structured query language (SQL).
· Knowledge in laboratory or quality control (QC) processes.
· Technical skills including JIRA and Excel
· Excellent organizational, time management and commitment to delivery.
· Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills.
Compensation: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
