Computer Software: EagleSoft, Electronic Oral Health Record and HMS (Health Management System)
Important Requirement
· Must be a fully enrolled Florida Medicaid Provider.
· Credentialed with DentaQuest Dental Insurance.
· Credentialed with Liberty Dental Insurance.
Candidate Responsibilities
· Providing a full range of general dental services including comprehensive dental exams, preventive services, restorations, removable complete and partial dentures and extractions within the scope of a general dentist.
Experience/Skills Required
· Experience provide a full range of general dental services.
Educational Requirement
· DDS or DMD degree.
· Active Florida Dental License.
Compensation: $85.00 - $100.00 per hour
