Role Overview
Seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud and strong hands-on development skills in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC). This role requires both architectural leadership and active coding capability to design and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.
The ideal candidate will work closely with client stakeholders, delivery teams, and business leaders to architect, design, and implement robust Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture and solution design for Service Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations.
- Provide technical leadership across Salesforce platform initiatives and programs.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions.
- Work hands-on with Apex, LWC, integrations, and platform customization.
- Define architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Lead code reviews and ensure development quality and governance.
- Architect and implement complex integrations with external systems.
- Guide teams on platform limits, performance tuning, and security design.
- Support deployment planning, DevOps, and release management processes.
- Mentor developers and conduct technical knowledge sharing sessions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 14+ years of overall IT experience with strong Salesforce architecture experience.
- Deep expertise in:
- Salesforce Service Cloud

- Strong hands-on development experience with:
- Apex

- Experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce architectures.

- Experience with Salesforce security model and data architecture.
- Expertise in Salesforce performance optimization and governor limits.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps for Salesforce.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Architect certifications (Application / System / Technical Architect track preferred).
- Service Cloud Consultant and Experience Cloud Consultant certifications.
- Experience in multi-org and complex enterprise environments.
- Experience working in onsite–offshore delivery models.
Compensation: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
