Manufacturing Facility Experience Must have 5+ years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, supporting facility operations, equipment, and infrastructure.
Engineering Background
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent hands-on experience) with strong technical understanding.

Facilities & Equipment Management
Proven ability to manage facility systems, equipment installations, preventive maintenance programs, and plant infrastructure.

Ability to read and create electrical, mechanical, and plumbing drawings, with knowledge of building codes and safety standards.
