What They Will Actually Do
This is not a role focused on detailed design calculations; it's focused on delivering projects from concept through construction.
The day-to-day responsibilities suggest they want someone who can function as an Owner's Representative Project Manager.
Typical duties include:

·         Developing scope, schedule, and budgets.
·         Coordinating consultants, contractors, tenants, operations staff, and regulatory agencies.

·         Planning
·         Design
·         Procurement/Bidding

·         Close-out
Soft Skills They Are Emphasizing: The ideal candidate can:
·         Work independently with little supervision.
·         Manage competing priorities.
·         Navigate political and operational sensitivities.
·         Negotiate among multiple parties.
·         Communicate effectively with executives, engineers, contractors, tenants, and facility personnel.
·         Turn complex project issues into concise executive briefings.
·         This suggests they need someone who can handle both technical and organizational challenges.
Compensation: $75.00 - $100.00 per hour
